Step one

Contact me in confidence to discuss your needs. You can  book an initial appointment to explore options. I will guide you through the options available.

Step two

When begin our work we make a plan to explore what approach  suits you best . A focus would be enhancing your motivation to work on short and long term goals

Step three

As we continue we review our plan and if need be modify to help you reach your growth potential. 

Step four

As we reach the final stages in your journey we take stock of the changes you have made and look at any further support you may need.  There is an option to return for a refresher session at a later date once you leave.
